Core & Mould Preparation

Shell cores and sand moulds prepared with precise sand composition for repeatable surface finish.

Furnace Melting & Pouring

Gray iron melted in induction furnaces, composition verified by spectrometer before each pour.

Casting Cooling & Fettling

Controlled cooling followed by gate removal, shot blasting and grinding to clean casting geometry.

Machining & Surface Finishing

CNC machining of bores, seats and critical faces to tight tolerances per OEM drawings.

Inspection & Testing

Dimensional, mechanical and leak testing with full traceability documentation before despatch.
